What language level is required?

I welcome learners of all language levels, from complete beginners to advanced speakers.

My experience allows me to tailor lessons to meet the needs of each individual, ensuring that you receive personalized instruction regardless of your current proficiency level.

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your skills, I’m here to help you achieve your language learning goals.

Can I learn in a group or only individually?

You can begin with personalized one-on-one sessions right away.

Group lessons are periodically offered on specific dates.

Stay tuned to updates on my newsletter or social media channels for announcements about upcoming group sessions.

In the meantime, individual lessons provide a focused and tailored learning experience to kickstart your language journey.

How often are classes held, and what is the duration of each session?

For one-on-one classes, you have the flexibility to choose your preferred time by checking my calendar.

Alternatively, you can opt for a fixed schedule, setting a lesson every week at the same time and day.

Each standard session is one hour long.

As for group lessons, they will be scheduled on specific days and times, which will be communicated through the course group application.

Do I need to purchase materials for the lessons?

All purchases of materials are completely optional.

The primary materials needed for the lessons will be provided by the teacher.

Are you able to adjust to the student's schedule?

After the trial lesson, you will be given access to a special calendar where you can book lessons at your preferred times.

Additionally, you can arrange with the teacher to schedule lessons for a specific time each week, subject to availability.

How will the first lesson be?

At the outset, please note that the trial lesson is 30 minutes long and completely free. It’s a one-time opportunity. In our trial lesson, we will:

  • Identify your needs.
  • Discuss your previous experience.
  • Assess your level.
  • Develop a personalized learning plan.
  • Share some Spanish learning tips.
    What is your policy regarding cancellations for lessons and refunds?

    You may reschedule a lesson up to 24 hours prior with no charge.

    Otherwise, the lesson will be considered completed. If there are any exceptional situations, please inform the teacher as soon as possible.

    The package of lessons is non-refundable. Therefore, I recommend starting with the smallest package of lessons to assess your commitment to improving your Spanish.

    Lessons can only be rescheduled.

    Where will the lessons take place?

    They will take place either in Google Meet or Zoom.

    If you are in Las Palmas of Gran Canaria, let me know and we can do the lessons in person!

    How can I make payments for the lessons?

    After the trial lesson, the student will receive an email containing information about the classes, the program, the teaching method, and a link to the payment software.
